Great Sales Manager, Shaky Salesman My experience with my particular salesman was not great. I knew what vehicle i was interested in so he did not have to do much. First we had to ride t My experience with my particular salesman was not great. I knew what vehicle i was interested in so he did not have to do much. First we had to ride to multiple different lots to find the car in question. After finding it and deciding to apply, I found out i did not qualify. He did not attempt to get me into another vehicle even with my communicating two other vehicles I was interested in. He was forgetful and his communication was not up to par. I could tell he felt I would not be approved for another vehicle and just pushed me to the side. I decided to make another trip up to the dealership and ended up speaking wit Clayt Hennessee, the sales manager. He was excellent and changed my whole experience around. He was about to work out my deal the very next day for the 2nd vehicle I was interested in. If i had not taken the time to go speak with him, I would still be without a vehicle. More

Buying - Good; Service work sloppy David approached us as soon as we got out of our vehicle on the lot. He asked what we were looking for and found us a RAM fitting what we wanted. Nego David approached us as soon as we got out of our vehicle on the lot. He asked what we were looking for and found us a RAM fitting what we wanted. Negotiations were not as bad as we expected. Although it was a new RAM it was a 2017 and was nasty due to sitting on lot. We were told vehicle would be detailed while we were purchasing, which was a long process. Detailing did not happen so scheduled return date. Came back and tail gate recall was done, but due to weather could not do detail or delivery package we purchased. Scheduled yet another date for all the work. Dropped off Friday mid-day picked up Saturday afternoon. Detail dept needs to learn how to clean inside doors, under tailgate, around windows. Truck still has yellow pollen in all these areas as well as the truck bed. Fifth wheel holes in bed still contain gum xxxxx. Brought dings on truck and pits in windshield to their attention and nothing was done. No cleaning done under the hood either. Everything under the hood is still covered in yellow pollen. More
