I purchased a car on 01/21/22, Jim, salesperson very nice and helped me with what I was looking for and he was transparent. David at finance added some bogus charges. David put 3080.00, he said 2500 plus some rebate of 580.00 and he listed $580.00 again at depreciation, when I questioned, along with my brother-in-law he removed it and gave me two Free Oil Change vouchers. we asked him several times he kept going around in circles with his explanation. we were at the dealership from 11 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. at that point I was tired and didn't want my family to get excited. My concern is at the end of my lease I DONT WANT TO BE TRICKED INTO ANOTHER FEES, its a shame to take advantage of people during PANDEMIC, when people are struggling. Shame on Him!!!! Jessie More
