I was about to drive out when he noticed a tiny nick in the paint. He did all he could to rub it out to no avail then called over his manager and they set up a time to get it touched up. Once I got there, he went through all the details of the vehicle with me and stepped through all the configurations in the settings to make sure they were set to my preferences. He even made sure I knew I could call him and ask anything I may have forgotten and that he could then send me a video to show how to do it.
