David explained everything like buying a car should be and knew the vehicle inside and out and walked us through every detail possible on all the controls, buttons, screens, etc in great detail. I explained how bad of service I had at other dealers and the bad experiences I had with my past warranty purchases as well as salesman. We went over all the Honda options and they are truly above and beyond any other in the industry. I feel confident that I won't have the issues that I have had in the past and I believe buying a Honda at Honda Cars of Bellevue with its known quality was the best buy I could have made.
