Do not recommend this dealership go anywhere else but here. Went over the weekend to buy a used 2018 F250 first was concerned about the huge mark on the door.. first acted like he didn't know what I was here. Went over the weekend to buy a used 2018 F250 first was concerned about the huge mark on the door.. first acted like he didn't know what I was talking about then claims its "advertised in listing" when you can't see it drove 3 hours so was super disappointed when I saw the truck in person. Got over the door situation wouldn't help out on the price but pushed it aside since I drove so far to get here... Went underneath the truck and there was little oil on oil pan bolt nothing was on the ground they probably moved it in that spot right when we got there for that reason, I brought up the oil leak situation they claimed the "techs are messy" .. I got home parked the truck for a couple hours and lets just say there's a lake of oil under the truck, its about 2 feet long from sitting for only a couple hours. I bought the truck for my business I have to tow a trailer every single day now I have to send the truck in to get fixed with warranty but now have to pay for the rental up front until it gets approved which is absolutely ridiculous when havent even owned the truck for 48 hours. Had bad vibes when we walked in should of trusted my gut. More

We live in Palm Coast, so about an hour and a half from this dealer. We purchased 2 vehicles from David in 10 months & going out of our way was completely worth it. He went above and beyond to help us when our hometown Ford dealership was being extremely unfair & difficult. We felt David was extremely knowledgeable, & we didn’t feel any pressure. He made the process very easy and no nonsense. The day my vehicle was ready, I wasn’t able to pick it up. David had it delivered by two extremely kind retired veterans. That was just the icing on the cake. Kisselback is worth the drive to St. Cloud. Ask for David. You’ll be glad you did! More

I’ve been hesitate to buy a newer vehicle simply because I avoid dealing with car salesman. But when it was time for a new truck I strongly believe my wife and I stopped at the right place!
