The overall approach and philosophy exhibited by the personnel, especially Nick Toro, was kind, helpful, and generally conducive of a smooth and pressure free transaction. Although some of the circumstances weren’t ideal and I’m a bit disappointed with the end result, I can’t in good faith fault the staff as their desire to resolve the issues was evident and world class.
