Heritage Toyota - I feel in today’s environment Excellent customer service deserves recognition! Car buying has really changed over the years ( let’s just say I’ve bought more than my share of new vehicles) customer service deserves recognition! Car buying has really changed over the years ( let’s just say I’ve bought more than my share of new vehicles), but I found at Heritage Toyota in Harrisburg …. they were different! First the salesman Dan Driebelbis was polite, personable and a real person! He was truly interested in finding the vehicle that we wanted at the price we could afford. Then, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by his sales manager Mark Eager (he’s back in the area!). I’ve purchased several cars from Mark over the years and he’s hands down the BEST! It wasn’t a question of if I was going to purchase the Tacoma, but rather how these two could manipulate the price and financing to Make It Happen! And they did…. Exactly! The 2024 Toyota Tacoma Sport was exactly the car we wanted, at the finance terms we we requested, and above market trade allowance. (Edmond’s rated it as ‘Great Deal’ - you should take it!) When the other dealers were way out of line on the ‘deals’ on similar vehicles, and I didn’t even talk to a sales manager. At Heritage there was No song and dance with several different people involved…..Dan was Great, and it was really like a breath of fresh air dealing with Mark! Thanks - it was truly a pleasure! More
