My complaint is with estimates and billing. When I received my bill it was $1500 over the original estimate. When I went to review estimate with service manager the link had timed out and we could n received my bill it was $1500 over the original estimate. When I went to review estimate with service manager the link had timed out and we could no longer view. He said he would get with his IT department because he has no way to review original estimate either and get back with me. Its been over a week and I have heard nothing. How can I no longer view the original estimate? More
