I’m extremely disappointed that after three weeks, you still can’t properly schedule cars using the link from your own text messages. Even worse, you continue to send booking requests as if I never made an appointment in the first place. Your service advisors seem utterly lost, your booking system is a mess, and your mechanics failed to provide an accurate diagnosis. I will not be returning. More
