You guys are horrible! I post a negative review based on my experience at your dealership, you could've just left it there. Instead, you call me to "talk about my review and how you guys can make me happy" I tell you what it will take and you NEVER call me back with an answer. I've been working customer service for close to 20 years and I have never encountered the level of unprofessionalism your dealership has. If my proposal was "not ideal" to you, you could have at least have the nerve to call me back and let me know that you are just not interested and aren't doing anything to remedy my situation. The fact that its been 9 days and you have not called me back with an answer, tells me VERY CLEAR that you have 0 intentions of "making me happy". Whether you see this response, see the update I did to my review or whether you even care or not about your customers, to me its all over. I have 0 interest in dealing with any of your people.
