100k bumper to bumper no good Bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma drove it off the lot and it was making some noise scheduled service and told them I read reviews on the issue and it was t Bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma drove it off the lot and it was making some noise scheduled service and told them I read reviews on the issue and it was the weather stripping that vibrates after 70 miles per hour they said they could not drive that fast so they could not diagnose the problem and fix the issue very disappointed that I purchased a hundred thousand bumper to bumper warranty and it did not cover this neither the fact that I bought the car a week ago I would not recommend this company to anyone More

We were treated with respect and they were respectful of our time. Excellent staff, most noticeably was Service Advisors, Mr. Kevin Hauser, Mr. David Rodriguez and Service Director, Mr. Dale Snow, organized and professional. Friendly car rental staff and comfortable, clean waiting area with good coffee. We are confident in Mossy Toyota's Service Department, they exceeded our expectations, all around great car service experience! More

Excellent customer service Thank you Jeremy S and David for taking care of me and my 4runner recently. I had to have it towed in after it was smoking after a short trip to work. Thank you Jeremy S and David for taking care of me and my 4runner recently. I had to have it towed in after it was smoking after a short trip to work. Both made sure I was well informed of all the work being done to figure out the problem. I was super bummed this happened on my birthday but both guys took great care to get me out and on my way with my 4runner having a clean bill of health.
