Previously done this is absolutely ridiculous that this is the way you do reviews. I already did one and got the bogus response that you need my name and phone number to submit my review. WHY? So the deale is the way you do reviews. I already did one and got the bogus response that you need my name and phone number to submit my review. WHY? So the dealership can find out WHO is giving certain marks? What happened to remaining anonymous like the form said. You just want only all positive feedback from customers and if someone shows concern about certain people at that dealership then it can’t be made public for potential customers? Bull. More

Not enough sales personnel. Both times I was in the dealership, my sales person was dealing with multiple people at the same time and something I was told should take 1 to 1 1/2 Both times I was in the dealership, my sales person was dealing with multiple people at the same time and something I was told should take 1 to 1 1/2 hours took over 3 hours. I also called and asked for a return call and my salesperson never received the message. I called at 4pm and the dealership was open until 7. Need a better system for getting messages to the right person. Very unorganized. More
