We are repeat customers, having purchased an Impala in 2008. David Rose was our sales associate with that transaction. His friendliness, professionalism, and drive to get us exactly what we requested in a car at a fair price impressed us. Four years with Gearhart's service has also been very satisfactory. Needed services and repairs are done right the first time, every time. So when we decided to replace our second car, Gearhart and David Rose in particular were the logical choice. Once again, we got the car we wanted at a good price and had a very pleasant experience with the dealership and its staff. We are now the happy owners of two Impalas. More

Excellent experience. Selection of vehicles was excellent, the vehicle I purchased was just like new. Excellent shape and was ready to go. I found a used car on AutoTrader that my son wanted to buy so I contacted the dealership and spoke to David. Having bought over a dozen cars so far, I prefer an easy and painless process where either we c buy so I contacted the dealership and spoke to David. Having bought over a dozen cars so far, I prefer an easy and painless process where either we can strike a fair price for both parties or walk away. David listened to me and said that if he couldn't meet my price he wouldn't waste my time. The price was met and I agreed to come in and pick up the car the following day. David greeted me with the car ready to do and paperwork to fill out. However, I'd not told him that I was using a bank draft check and the Business Manager explained that the dealership doesn't use them because of the float involved. At first I thought this was the finance scam, but told David and the Business Manager that if they could provide the same APR and terms or better, I'd close then. Funny thing is, the Business Manager came back with the same terms from the same bank but at .4 below what I had already been approved with. So, frictionless transaction at the price I wanted and with terms better than I walked in with. A Happy Customer More

I used the GM website to locate a 2011 Silverado with the exact features I wanted. They found the exact truck at Gearhart, a dealer 100 miles from my home. In the meantime, I spoke with several other local exact features I wanted. They found the exact truck at Gearhart, a dealer 100 miles from my home. In the meantime, I spoke with several other local dealers and got all sorts of pricing. Things got more complicated because I had both a GM discount, and another buyer program to work with. Keitha P. responded literally immediately and Dave Rose followed up within an hour. He was responsive, attentive, and best of all, very knowledgeable about the GM inncentive programs I was eligible for. He asked me to spell my last name, confirm my address, and he was immediately able to add an additional $1500 loyalty cash incentive. By the way, none of the other dealers I spoke with revealed the incentive. They had exactly the same info Mr. Rose did, and either gave back none of it, or offered me an additional "special discount" less than the incentive. It was very clear to me that Dave Rose was actually interested in helping me, and i gave him a refundable deposit to hold the truck. I drove the 100 miles the following Monday, got a very fair trade, absolutely no surprises, and drove back 100 miles with my new truck. I would be remiss not to mention how easy it was to work the final paperwork with Dammon V in the finance department. Again, absolutely no surprises and a genuine desire to make sure it was a pleasant experience. All in all, well worth the 200 miles round trip. More
