Like many people who bought in 2023, i overpaid for a truck, so ended up under water on my lease owing more then the truck was worth by the end of the lease. I was mad, did not want to do business with T truck, so ended up under water on my lease owing more then the truck was worth by the end of the lease. I was mad, did not want to do business with Toyota again but they asked if i would give them a chance to help me in this tough situation i was in... Im glad i did. Paul Santa Barbara and Manager David Scott absolutely helped me out with getting rid of that lease and into a truck i wanted. I was given an exceptional deal that i would not have gotten anywhere else. (And i was shopping everywhere, all makes and models) Conicelli Toyota of Springfield saved me from heavy fees, discounted my new truck, and threw in some other perks to make good on a lease that did not go well. I will without a doubt trust Conicelli with my next vehicle purchase and look forward to working with Paul and David again. More
