Our entire experience was pretty awful from start to finish. Our salesman was fine until we sat down to talk money. He was rude and ignored our requests to take the additional warranties off multiple ti finish. Our salesman was fine until we sat down to talk money. He was rude and ignored our requests to take the additional warranties off multiple times and kept coming back with new numbers including different warranties. Once we finally got to the price we wanted without any additional warranties, we had to hear it again from the manager completing the purchase for us. At one point he told my son ”you must be rich since you don’t want to cover anything that will happen now.” Then they made my son come back the next day because they messed up and couldn’t get his new graduate discount to apply. They gave us a dealer tag to put in the back window for the night and of course a police officer pulled us over thinking the car was stolen. Once he finally got his temp tag the next day and we thought everything was good, we find out 5 months later at his first service appt that they registered the WRONG car to my son! How does that happen??? Now he has to take the car back and get a loaner while they try to sort out their mistake and get the correct registration to the correct car. Someone else is driving around with my son’s VIN number on their registration while his registration also had the wrong number. Complete incompetence on the dealers part. We will never do business with this dealer again. BEWARE! More
