Alejandra and Felix were great! Alejandra was with another customer when I arrived and rather than make me wait to try to keep the sale for herself, she had another customer representative, Felix, help me. The next day when I brought my daughter to test drive a second car (the one we ended up buying), Felix had it waiting for us too. Felix explained everything up front, very straightforward, no surprises and NO pressure! David, the finance manager, was also great! He walked us through the loan process step-by-step, explained everything, I felt very comfortable closing the deal with him. I would definitely recommend Sport Subaru South for your vehicle purchase, and I would definitely recommend Alejandra and Felix as your customer representative!
