Laurence P was my sales and my finance man was David seals. I had probably the worst day. Tearful bc my car was in bad shape but I didn’t have a scratch.. I didn’t have the best credit but I had a good paying job with alittle money down. The sales guy went above and beyond for me and even drove the car for me. He set up everything with such ease and even help give me ginger ale when I felt the nerves of buying a car. He made sure to contact me with any issues. He also looked at different cars in my budget. I don’t have much to give .. I’ll probably never be rich. Im that friendly bus driver that the kids and family love as of now the past 5 years and still going. I’m so glad I came in and got taking care of. The entire store was clean. Everyone was such a help. I hope to always to stick with a Toyota. It been proven to keep me safe and my lovely daughter. Good warranty and service plans for sure. I’m telling all I know if they want to get a car stick with Toyota bc they are built to last!! And go to Laurence he will listen and help you every step of the way. I didn’t feel like I had shark .. more like friends and family vibes!! More

Steven De Le Campa seemed to be a very nice honest man, I thought. We were looking for a Carolla Cross. He found us one, but it was out of our price range. He said that he had another one the same year, but thought. We were looking for a Carolla Cross. He found us one, but it was out of our price range. A few days later we came to pick it up & we 1st noticed that it was not shined up & prepped, which we thought was odd.. We drove it home, parked it in our driveway. We walked around it so we could admire it & saw that it had a pretty big dent in the back. We were never told about the dent & we feel like we were taken advantage of because we are senior citizens, which is terrible. More
