This was my first buying experience with them, was on a short personal time schedule. Ashley took us early, listened to our desires, and answered our questions. We were clearly her only concern. There was no pressure, no rushing, no need to call managers when price was negotiated. I found it interesting that she had probably 5 sets of keys with her when it was time to test drive, apparently she took our time schedule to heart, and we drove several. We love the service department at Daniel's and now we can say we also love the sales team. The vehicles speak for themselves. Thank you to Daniel's BMW, super people there. More

As a new BMW customer considering a new vehicle the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful in every way As you walk through the doors till you leave the parking lot we felt absolutely no pressure We were offered coffee,.tea, or water on arrival David Simoes was very professional and attentive answering all our questions He is very knowledgeable about BMW features and explained everything to us throughout our visit We did not feel rushed throughout the entire process We did buy a 2020 BMW X3 and are extremely satisfied with our "Beamer" We are also very happy with the process of contacting us after buying the BMW and setting up an appt with a Genius to go over the vehicle after approximately 2 weeks of ownership to review the features It is hard to remember everything on the vehicle with initial purchase Daniels BMW is now our new "for life" dealership Thank you for a greqt experience! I was never approached by management/ownership to be welcomed nor thanked for my business. I'm hopeful my overall service experience throughout my lease will be as pleasurable as my sales experience. This dealership could have easily earned my 5 stars, but I have rate them as average because they were not competitive on pricing and I felt the leadership was not engaged nor welcoming. David's service is what locked in the deal and I appreciate his support throughout the process. In addition, Madeline was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Top-notch Absolutely exceptional dealership!! After a week of very stressful car shopping (and no success), I browsed their website and found a vehicle tha Absolutely exceptional dealership!! After a week of very stressful car shopping (and no success), I browsed their website and found a vehicle that would meet our needs and in our budget, so I contacted the dealer through the online form. Their internet department reached out to me via phone and email as soon as they opened, and I spent the afternoon emailing their internet rep, Madeline. She was great!! I explained what we were looking for and what we wanted to do, and I didn't get any of the usual, "We have a huge sale going on....when can you get here??" or "We can work on something, but you need to come here, when can you make it in" crap that every other dealership tries to pull!!! They should all take lessons from Daniels!!! Madeline was very detailed with what we could do with regards to the vehicle we wanted, and we thank her for that!!! We rushed to the dealership that night, got there at 6 (they close at 7), and fair warning, it's very intimidating! It's beautiful, huge, and surrounded with minimum $50k vehicles. We were there to look at something pre-owned and inexpensive!! EVERYONE there that night was very friendly and attentive to us, and we met with the sales rep, David Simoes. He brought the car around, we drove it, went over it's presentation, and then discussed numbers even though it was closing time. Long story short....we put the deposit down and picked it up at the end of the week!! Finance manager wasn't pushy, we went over everything, took maybe an hour and we walked out, but not without help with connecting the phone to the Bluetooth! Anyway, all in all, great experience! We're very happy with the x1 that we bought, the purchasing was easy and honest, and we'll be checking their website for deals when my truck lease is up in March. Highly recommend this dealership!! More
