I am extremely pleased with the entire process of ordering my BMW iX! The entire staff was very helpful an informative. The vehicle arrived exactly when they said it would. Being that it is a new ele ordering my BMW iX! The entire staff was very helpful an informative. The vehicle arrived exactly when they said it would. Being that it is a new electric model my sales representative, David Simoes, thoroughly went over ever option and feature of the vehicle to make sure I was well informed. He is just a phone call away when I need him! All of the staff at Daniels BMW is like family to me, especial Ethan Harbison who makes service issues a breeze. This is my seventh BMW with Daniels and I couldn't be more pleased! I recommend them to everyone not only looking for a quality vehicle, but also a quality dealership that values their customers! Buying a car with Daniels is such a laid-back, easy experience compared to any other car dealerships. There is zero hassle or stress. We were also incredibly happy to learn that the basic X3 is a bette experience compared to any other car dealerships. There is zero hassle or stress. We were also incredibly happy to learn that the basic X3 is a better deal than most other SUV's in the same class. We are incredibly happy with Daniels and with BMW. The only thing that could make Daniels any better is if they were closer to our home, but that is made a little better with the loaner vehicles and above-and-beyond services like our salesman offering to pick up our vehicle for services (tinting and cilajet) on his way into work. We may take him up on that. More

When we originally went to purchase a used car Dave was honest and helpful. Months passed and used cars got even harder to find, especially a unicorn spec like we wanted. My client advisor was very welcoming, extremely friendly, always available and personable. They also offered me additional cash towards my trade in which other dealerships i had attempted a trade didn’t com always available and personable. They also offered me additional cash towards my trade in which other dealerships i had attempted a trade didn’t come close to, let alone offer me the original amount offered. My Overall buying experience was more than exceptional and there was regular communication about the status of my vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! More
