The dealership is authentic, ethical and willing to negotiate with customers. My experience will both Salesperson Jennafer Mitchell and her Manager is positive in both customer experience and financial negotiate with customers. I will have no problems buying my next Chevrolet through Chapman Chevrolet of Tempe, AZ. I previously purchased 2 new vehicles at Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale, AZ. My experience was disappointing and 180 degrees from Chapman. I highly recommend a visit there. Don’t waste your time at Vans you’ll only be frustrated and acquire negative feelings about the brand. More

Horrible customer service! Went there because of a letter sent to me by Chace Gibbs that they were low on used inventory and for us to come in to trade in our Equinox with a new car, knowing our lease was no sent to me by Chace Gibbs that they were low on used inventory and for us to come in to trade in our Equinox with a new car, knowing our lease was not up until May 2021. We went there and although the sales associate was nice, David Smith was extremely unhelpful and rude! Not only did he not get us a good deal but he didn’t even try to give us different options to meet in the middle with us. When I mentioned the national ad and that we were looking for that deal, he stated he would not be able to honor that deal and has never honored any of the national ads put up by Chevrolet for any of his customers because of its low lease amount -he said this laughing as if these ads are false. He didn’t even look into any options to help us. We told him we were willing to put a down payment and even pay a little more than the national ad and laughing, he said he couldn’t help us. How can you not honor the national ad on the Chevrolet website? Is chevrolet putting up false advertisement? Please please don’t go to them to buy or lease a car -they are very unhelpful! By the way, I emailed Chace Gibbs about my experience and he hasn’t even responded to my email and he was the person who send the letter for us to trade in our Equinox with a new car. Way to go Chapman Chevrolet! More

Once you've written the check...you're on your own! Everyone was pretty nice to work with UNTIL...they had my signature and money. Then they couldn't have cared less about me. You would think that after spending over $30,000 at their dealership, they could at the very least be available to open the door and say thanks...good-bye...appreciate your business, get lost...SOMETHING. Instead they all scattered like cockroaches in the light looking for anything that might make them look busy. The deal I got wasn't so great that I couldn't have gotten it at any other dealership in town. Had I known this was going to be the way I was treated after the sale, I would've gone somewhere else. Oh, and don't believe anything they tell you if they don't write it down...on their "Official" paper. Apparently the finance guys aren't "allowed" to tell you anything except that you're stupid if you don't buy their extended warranties. They also will tell you that they will shop rates when the banks are open (it was a weekend) but don't bet on it. So far, I like the vehicle but can't say I'd recommend this place to anyone. Their biggest concern was that I expected them to give me more than one key to the car after the "wrong" person promised me they would. Apparently that one key would have put Chapman into bankruptcy. Although nobody at the dealership even acknowledged me when I drove off the lot, they'll probably figure out who I am from this review. Treat people better, and you just might get repeat customers. I hope I don't have any problems with the vehicle since it's pretty obvious that they won't be there to help me out if I do! More

Great car buying experience!!! Isaiah my sales specialist was beyond amazing! Went in to get an oil change on my 2016 Chevy Cruze and mentioned to Isaiah that I had a question about Isaiah my sales specialist was beyond amazing! Went in to get an oil change on my 2016 Chevy Cruze and mentioned to Isaiah that I had a question about a possible trade in. He was very helpful and explained the process and I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Chevy Malibu! Throughout the whole process he kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on and was always available to answer any questions I had. He made made me feel like I was a part of the Chapmen family! Great dealership with great employees! I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car to stop in and ask for Isaiah!!! More

The first car he showed us wasn't what I was looking for but he had plenty of other options to show me. He helped me find something that would work for me car-wise and money-wise. I would definitely recommend Jordan. I usually don't like car salesmen but I liked Jordan... that speaks volumes! More

I felt welcomed and not pushed. I loved his approach he was very efficient, and I felt that he was really looking out for me. I found his knowledge of the business is expert and he knew so much about the car I told him that I would read the booklet, it was a lot of information. Best customer experience a real professional I am glad to have met him and the financial officer they were great.
