Best car buying experience one can have! Very impressed! We don't buy cars often, in part due to the dreaded experiences we've had in the past, and with the preconceived expectations we have of buying a car We don't buy cars often, in part due to the dreaded experiences we've had in the past, and with the preconceived expectations we have of buying a car through a dealer. Acura of Brookfield has pleasantly changed that for my wife and I. Note that we live in Illinois, about an hour and a half from the Brookfield, WI dealership, so this was a big stretch for us. Also note, we were looking at buying (and did buy) a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 from this Acura dealer, but we were treated as if we were looking at new Acuras! First the pre-sales activity... Our questions were answered very promptly and cordially. We needed some clarifications on the pics of the car we were interested in, and Jessy was there addressing our concerns. In fact, some blemishes on the interior of this used car were evident in the pics, and Jessy had it cleaned up, and then took a video of the interior to show us that it was addressed / fixed. We made the drive and met up with Jessy, who took us to where the car was. Wow, it was really pristine, clean, and very presentable. There were no bad or other surprises with this used car (29k+ miles) at all. We then met our sales guy, Dave Stawicki, and he told us about the car, and took us for a test drive. He was very personable and friendly, and we enjoyed our time with him in and around the car, and dealership. The car was priced pretty well, and we had an idea of what we could get for our old trade-in, so the negotiation was quick and painless; none of the "let me go check with my manager" bs that is so prevalent at dealerships. There was no BS dealing with Dave! We bought the car! Then we met Brian Chilson in Finance who facilitated the purchase of the car. He was also very friendly to deal with, was great at explaining all the paperwork (they took care of our Illinois state and county taxes as well), and he tried to get us out and on our way as was humanly possible for him, which was much appreciated. I needed to reach him the next day and a bit after that too, and he was very accessible, with quick return communication. The deal was complete, and we excitedly made our way to our new "used" Mazda, and there on the car's console were a dozen fresh, beautiful red roses for my wife! I'm not lying when I say she teared up a bit. That was impressive, and a full tank of gas was a welcomed bonus as well. A month or so later, a package of fresh chocolate chip cookies showed up at our doorstep from out friends at Acura of Brookfield! Thanks guys! Illinois dealers, take note!! We had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed post-Sale, and both Brian and Dave were there for us, and immediately addressed the concerns to our 100% satisfaction! All in all, we had a great experience with our car purchase here, and cannot highly recommend Acura of Brookfield enough. We are now trying to get my wife's sister to buy a car from them! More

I liked the vehicle but wanted to get my husband's thoughts. Since I am retired, I had the whole day but my husband was at work where he couldn't be directly contacted. David had to endure me hanging out in his office for quite a while. After the purchase was made Ben with financing told me I had a freeze on our credit application. So again, more waiting until my husband could get the information after work at our home in Madison. After the whole day waiting the car was purchased but I had to get the kayak roof rack off my trade in. Well, wouldn't you know it I brought the wrong key for that. I had to come back the next day. Ben and I believe David Stawicki struggled to remove the rack for me. My thanks to all for your patience and good humor. And...I love the car! More

First Acura, what took me so long? David did a great job helping navigate our choices in a new vehicle. He was patient and helped answer many questions as I considered purchasing and l David did a great job helping navigate our choices in a new vehicle. He was patient and helped answer many questions as I considered purchasing and leasing. I had a very busy work and home schedule which David adapted to and we were able to communicate consistently and effectively via email. These communications had a great impact on my opinion of the dealership and my willingness to proceed with a new vehicle at that time. Once we moved to the finance transaction, we truly enjoyed working with Roger. He was efficient and provided great advice. The dealership itself is nicely appointed and I felt very comfortable. While the Acura brand and products stand on their own, I'm glad I chose Acura of Brookfield as the dealership to work with! More

Used MDX Dave was super knowledgeable and helpful from our first question to the last. I trusted the words coming out of his mouth and we could not be happier Dave was super knowledgeable and helpful from our first question to the last. I trusted the words coming out of his mouth and we could not be happier with our new-to-us MDX. He kept in touch afterwards to make sure all was going ok and kept his promise to get us a cargo mat. Safe to say, I think we are Acura people and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
