David was there all 3 times we came back to Acura of Brookfield, went over the differences between models and helped figure the final cost of each. We so appreciate his patience and willingness to review these things with us each time we returned. He also helped us get the vehicle and color choice of the RDX we are now leasing! Great Service Department Once again, as usual, I was thoroughly satisfied with my most recent vehicle service. The vehicle had several issues beyond the normal service and, Once again, as usual, I was thoroughly satisfied with my most recent vehicle service. The vehicle had several issues beyond the normal service and, for each of those issues, they investigated the problem, identified the solution, fully advised me of the answers, identified any applicable warranty claims and let me decide how to proceed. They were prompt and are always very courteous. I also like their complimentary conceirge service with free pickup and delivery with an available service vehicle. They really make Acura an even better choice. More

I trust Colin, my service consultant, who has overseen the work on my car for 10+ years. Colin is personable and takes the time to know a client, as well as, their car. He is patient, listens, and follows up on concerns. There is continuity between him, the auto technicians, and the rest of the team. They communicate well with each other. I can count on any of the service professionals if I need to drop by for added air to a tire or any reason. The auto technicians do quality work. On my latest visit, Steve (auto technician) inspected my car. I was able to look at the underside of my car while Steve showed me where and why certain expensive work needed to be done on my 2003 Acura. He made recommendations that were extremely informational and will help me to make decisions. It transformed my stress, fear, and shock, to understanding, clarification, and acceptance. The lounge area is so comfortable and has an array of beverages/snacks, ergonomic furniture, and a big screen TV. Mini massages are offered at specified times. Very professional, clean, and organized facility. I appreciate the convenience of a loaner car during service appointments, as well as, the road side assistance (while the car is under warranty). I have been very happy with the personnel at Acura in Brookfield, Wisconsin and have trust in them. They do not recommending things I do not need. This is the reason I would purchase another Acura or Honda (they service Honda's here too). P. S. It would be nice if the automotive technicians were listed below. They are so valuable and we all need appreciation. More

This dealer let me know every time such a vehicle became available. I ended up with the car I wanted at a good price and with a very fair trade in. The car was in fabulous shape when delivered. I have purchased seven Acura’s over the years from this dealer and I’ve always been very happy. Obviously, because I keep going back!
