Service department, Derrick, Jamie, everyone, excellent and fair. Third purchase and best experience in car buying ever. They worked with me with the price, never complained, and did some extra things beyond the call of duty. These folks are honest and fair. You will not feel abandoned when you have a service issue. They stay with it, and aim to satisfy. My new car buying experience, just purchasing a new 2015 Versa Note, was a pleasure, working with Greg Squire. Chris Jones followed up with a phone call pursuing my business with fair incentives, causing me to forget about shopping other brands besides Nissan. Glad I did. Robert Jordan gave me a loaner car when I needed it, and is a wealth of knowledge and friendliness.
