We’ve bought 3 cars from Taylor’s over the past 11 years from Jay, Cole, and David and have been happy with each purchase. And Cole helped us by talking to the warranty company to ensure they covered the from Jay, Cole, and David and have been happy with each purchase. Also Hunter and David showed me that they value their customers by putting in a request to their General Manager to cover parts and labor that were not covered in the warranty but they felt should have been covered. Dealing with my first salesman was disheartining (i'm not even sure why I was allocated Carlos as a salesman. I made a phone call to Mark Taylor about a Jeep. He told me to see Carlos the next time I stopped even sure why I was allocated Carlos as a salesman. I made a phone call to Mark Taylor about a Jeep. He told me to see Carlos the next time I stopped in). So I stopped into the dealership to see Carlos to test drive the Jeep. My bank was closed the day I stopped in, so I agreed to let Carlos call around to find me other options for a lender. While he was explaining to me that my credit was not high enough to be at the apr I wanted, he laughed midway. Which hurt. I understand that he wasnt able to find me an option, but there was no need for humor. Due to that, I decided to switch to a different salesman. Dealing with the second salesman (Sean), it was a big improvement. However, I still felt like I was the one putting in the most effort to get the deal done. My bank even had issues in reaching my salesman for information on the loan. I felt like like I should have been treated with a little more respect than what I was given. While going over warranty paperwork for the Jeep to get a quote for the deal, Hunter did not enjoy me refusing his warranty offer, I vividly remember the tone in his voice when he said "So you think you will be able to work on all of the electrical within the car with no equipment?" It felt a little rude, I felt like he could of delivered that information in a more proffesional manner. There were a few faces that I did enjoy working with. Cole was another employee in Finance that I worked with. He was very proffesional and even stayed late for me to finalize his part of the deal when I went through with purchasing a Cadillac. David and Ron were very kind while helping me find me salesman. I appreciate how they stopped what they were doing to find me the help that I needed. I hope you can take my review and improve your dealership for the better. More
