Salesman was not honest with us about some of the points of the sale. Did not explain exactly what the cost was or what we were getting for our trade in. There was a whole other issue regarding a wheelchair lift being installed on our new car but that was eventually resolved after much aggravation. More

My new 22 highlander in for a oil change and was told I have to pay for it. Car has 3,650 miles and is 7 months old and leaving for a 4 month vacation and wanted a fresh oil change. Sales presented many cars that met my specs but had more extras than I needed. There were often long delays between offerings. When it arrived, he gave me a great orientation and offered to deliver it to my home after the service dept had finished their detailing. This is the first no-pressure car buying experience I have ever had in 60 years of driving. I highly recommend Venice toyota and especially David T. More

New Car Purchase My experience with Venice Toyota began over the Internet. I was searching the new car inventory, clicked on vehicle and requested an internet price. A My experience with Venice Toyota began over the Internet. I was searching the new car inventory, clicked on vehicle and requested an internet price. After entering my personal data, I received a phone call for a sales rep in less then one minute. Amazingly quick. We did set up an appointment for the next day and started the process of putting together some options to get a deal done. That process was very informative and done in a professional matter. As I was not exactly ready to do a deal on that day, when I was ready a few weeks later, we met again and were able to put a deal together. Again, done in a very professional manner. All of the required paperwork and financing documents were prepared and executed without any problems. After the deal was closed, the salesman spent an hour with me in the new vehicle carefully explaining all of the features in great detail. He had excellent knowledge of the features and answered all of my questions. All in all, the entire process was handled very well and I would refer family and friends to this dealership. More
