Marie, David, Moe and Jennings in general were absolutely awesome when it came to purchasing our new Tiguan. We had a few mishaps along the way, but they went above and beyond to make it right. I've never experienced a dealership that is more honest and fair--both the sales and service teams--than Jennings VW. Since this is mostly related to a recent new car purchase, I won't dive into my great experiences with the service team, but know that you never need to worry about them pressuring you to get things replaced or fixed unnecessarily and the price is always fair. If you're looking to get your VW serviced at a dealership, go here--I used to drive out of my way (and past three other closer VW dealerships) to get work done on an old Passat because their service team was so great! Now for the new car purchase... Being that we're living during a global pandemic, I did most of my car shopping online rather than in-person. While I ultimately wanted to purchase from Jennings because of my positive past experiences with the service team, I also wanted the best deal (we're living during a recession and all) so I emailed a handful of dealers to get a quote. Jennings was competitive at every point, responsive but not pushy, and upfront with their pricing/taxes/fees--no surprises. The same cannot be said of the other dealers who I emailed. Jennings found the exact model/trim/color Tiguan I wanted and went the extra mile to get it in quickly from another dealer (since they didn't have the specific model I wanted on the lot) and have it ready in less than a day so I didn't have to take time off work. When I went to pick up the car and sign the paperwork, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes (and that included a test drive!). The whole team was great from start to finish--especially Mario in sales and Moe in finance. They're the best! Jennings is a dealership with integrity. I recommend them without hesitation. Don't buy your next car or get your VW serviced without first giving them a shot! More

Jennings is a great place to buy a car, but there is very little sense of proactive solution-oriented true customer service on the back end, so i won't even call it a service dept. Need a loaner when your car--the 5th one you've purchased from Jennings!-- is going in the shop for the third time for the same warrantied issue? Sorry, they're booked up several weeks in advance...i got one eventually, thank you for offering when one suddenly was returned early, but not without complaining more forcefully, reminding them they has already billed three hours to check out the issue the first time, and had the car for a full week the second time... That's the sort of thing the back side seems oblivious to, which just shouldn't be if you're going to have to listen to how wonderful they are while you're waiting on hold... More

I went to a dealership very close to my house to give them repeat business but had an unfortunate experience instead. After checking online ratings, I went with the highest rated dealership, Jennings. They are 50 miles from my house and well worth the 100 mile round trip. My experience started with a salesman named Glerry. We spent 30 minutes on the phone talking about his product. He completely reaffirmed my confidence in the Volkswagen brand. We discussed all of my options as far as timeframe as well. He forwarded my information to the next wonderful person on the Jennings team, sales manager David. David sent me preliminary numbers and they were a very good fit. I was kind of rushed and he completely understood. Even though it was really close to closing time, my daughter was able to to all of the paperwork on line, in the car, on the way there. We got there with time to spare. Last but absolutely not least was Moe in finance. He was extremely thorough with his explanations, it was quite refreshing. This is traditionally the most stressful part of vehicle purchase for me but Moe was so darn patient. It isn’t often that you walk out of a car dealer feeling 100% confident but I’m here to tell you that I wouldn’t change a thing. I have a wife and two more daughters who I would love to see driving Jennings Volkswagens in the future. Thanks guys! More
