From the moment we both entered the location we were blown away by the amazing service we received from everyone that we encountered while at the location. Glerry was the salesman who showed us the Tiguan we specifically asked to see. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car from bumper to bumper and answered any and all questions we had. Glerry was really kind and made us feel welcome the time we were there. When it came to financing the vehicle we worked with Moe. Never in our life have we seen someone work so hard to get us the best possible deal given our current circumstances and actually surpass any and all expectations that we had. In the end we were able to trade in our old vehicle and get a better rate than I ever thought we would be able to get. I am truly in awe at how much work everyone did in not only making us feel welcome and not pressured to make any decisions but to also help us get into the car of our dreams. I am thankful for the entire experience and cannot see myself ever going anywhere else to purchase another vehicle. They've definitely earned a life long customer and would highly recommend anyone to visit this location when considering buying any vehicle. I can not thank Glerry and Moe enough for everything. But the real star of this genuinely stress free car purchase was Mr. Atef, in financing. I am always most apprehensive about this component of the car buying process, but Moe maintained the same customer-centric philosophy that I was treated to in sales and proceeded to create a financing option that very much held my needs and preferences as its focal point. He also invested hours of his undivided attention to provide me with what I genuinely consider a best case scenario. Mike (a sales manager) advised me throughout the return process to avoid spending extra money; Mario (my salesman) and David (another sales manager) both put in extra effort to find the car I wanted. Then when I went to pick up the car, Moe (the finance manager) spent over an hour even after the dealership closed crunching numbers, making calls to get me the best deal possible--he saved me $2000 on my down payment. The staff is kind and helpful; I've been a customer for almost 10 years, and service like this is why they've earned my repeat business. More

They are very clear on all paperwork and take time to explain the cost and benefits of all the extended warranties, options etc. Having purchased several other vehicles, I can say that Jennings VW take a professional approach to car sales and understand that buying a car is a major decision.
