To start out with everything was going smooth and fast. I made deal on a loaner XC60 which didn’t make it back to the dealership and in the shop for certification until a week later. The salesman doesn’t have good phone, customer etiquette or service after the sale. Car had higher mileage than what was first told. I was told I could pick the car up on a Saturday when it wasn’t even at the dealership. I spoke with different people that was helpful and even had car delivered, which was two weeks from the day we agreed on a price. I did ask to have the windows tinted which was a shock when I got the paperwork and it showed $395 added to the price for the tint. That’s was two front windows, TWO!! I have emailed the salesman about questions and have not received reply yet! As of now, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this dealership. I’m 200 miles away in a different state and chose to buy here over one in my own state, I’ll never make that mistake again! More
