My late night online inquiry was answered by 8am the next morning by David Valdes. We committed to the car by phone and email and then drove 2 hours the next morning to get it. It is my wife’s car. David made sure he explained every feature and set the car up for her personal profile settings. The business department was quick and efficient with signing paperwork. I couldn’t have asked for a better process. My wife was thrilled with her XC90 and with David’s help. More

I worked with David in Sales and he is a hustler! His communication is great and he will work hard for you. While she was nice, I felt like the finance person was not helpful or honest with me. She was communication is great and he will work hard for you. While she was nice, I felt like the finance person was not helpful or honest with me. She was trying to pin me into a higher finance rate with Volvo and downplaying the loan I secured on my own at a lower rate. It all worked out in the end because I got the car I wanted (Thanks to David) at the lower interest rate (Thanks to USAA). Overall extremely happy with my purchase! More
