David offered to meet to bring the car closer to us since we were buying from out of state. Worse costumer service ever experienced. Had an appointment for a oil change that was only suppose to take an hour or so.. Above all else, David was patient while I took the time to research other vehicles and decide upon options. He even went out of his way to drive up to the Mall of Georgia dealership on a Saturday morning to pick up the perfect vehicle for me. I ultimately chose the Volvo because of my dealings with David. Fantastic dealership if you are ready to take delivery I started the process via the dealer's website after finding a fantastic deal on a XC90. David called me a few minutes later and asked if I had any q I started the process via the dealer's website after finding a fantastic deal on a XC90. David called me a few minutes later and asked if I had any questions about the deal. It seemed pretty straight forward with no strings attached. I scheduled for a test drive a few days later, and when I arrived David was gracious enough to hand me over to Alexis while he was working with a different customer. I did the test drive, reviewed the paperwork, and signed that day. No weird up-selling or bait and switch, David and Alexis made the process as easy as possible. A few days later, David personally delivered the vehicle to my house. Truly a fantastic experience. I would recommend, David, Alexis and this dealership any day of the week. Thanks guys. More
