Service Rep said he was gong to call me and update the status of my car but he didn’t call me in the morning, I called him first in the morning and he said he easy busy with other matter. That’s a no-no status of my car but he didn’t call me in the morning, I called him first in the morning and he said he easy busy with other matter. That’s a no-no to me as it shows no good customer service with customers. Also.the cost of the diagnosis ($280.00) is way too high of a price to find out problems of a car. I paid 280.00 More
