The only issues that I had while buying my truck was that David Vela was not knowledgeable about the state law of needing to display both license plates-he told me in Wisconsin you only have to display one, David Vela was not knowledgeable about the state law of needing to display both license plates-he told me in Wisconsin you only have to display one, that is absolutely not true! He also told me that the truck I was buying came with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty because it was certified. I found out otherwise during signing g of the paperwork that that was not true, that it was not certified and did not have that warranty attached. I also asked him if they could get the tonneau cover off the back of my truck that I was trading in, the salesman later told me that they were not able to get it off as they did not have the right tools, what service department does not have a socket set??-I do not believe that he even asked them my request because I installed it myself (I am a 53 year old woman that is not completely knowledgeable about tools and installed it myself with the clamps provided and a socket wrench, it was not hard to do)The manager of the dealership on the other hand was very nice and helpful. One of the key fobs I was given had a dead battery and he replaced it immediately without charge. I would go back again, but I would deal with another salesman as the one I had just did not seem knowledgeable. More
