Great customer service! When we dropped off our 2004 vehicle for regular maintenance, my husband and I were not expecting to purchase another vehicle. Mr. Camper listened to our concerns and offered us a great deal on an used vehicle that we could not refuse. This will be our second vehicle that we have purchased from Hall Ford Elizabeth City. Unresolved steering failure at 22,500 miles. The steering on my 2015 Ford Fusion froze (steering wheel locked) when I was driving. I had had the car 48 months with just 22,500 miles on the odomet The steering on my 2015 Ford Fusion froze (steering wheel locked) when I was driving. I had had the car 48 months with just 22,500 miles on the odometer when this occurred. Afraid to drive it to Hall Ford, I had it towed in at my expense. (They don't do towing.) Hall kept my car For 5 days but could not identify the problem. While they were nice and considerate, they failed to locate the problem. I finally picked the car up from the dealership and drove it on low traffic back roads about seven miles to my home. Over the next three days I tested the car in vacant parking lots just yards from my house. I was afraid to put it on high traffic roads for fear of another steering lock up. During these tests the steering was sometimes sluggish, sometimes okay, but never reliable. Unable to trust the safety of the car, I bought another new car within the week. It was NOT a Ford. More
