No surprises, no mandatory options , fetzer valves or $1000 Scotchgard tacked on like Plaza Motors. I live an hour and a half away, I did everything with one email and a phone call. It took less than 5 minutes and when I showed up, the car was cleaned and ready, All I needed to do was sign and drive away. What is important to point out is what they don't do. No cheesy sales tactics; I never once heard, "how much are you willing to pay" or "i'll need to ask my manager" Everything was refreshingly simple and straightforward David Watson thoroughly knows the product he sells unlike many St Louis dealers who chew through sales staff every two weeks. On top of that, they were a bit less expensive than the larger town dealers. This is the 2nd car I have bought from them. I was so pleased with the X5 I bought a few weeks earlier, I came back for an I8. I would strongly suggest giving them a try. More
