I am TRUSTING that all the work I paid for was completed. I addressed this to both my service advisor and the Service Manager by email but have yet to receive a response. Suggest you make sure that you have someone who makes the follow up calls learn to LISTEN as well as someone who can speak ENGLISH. I told the person with a very thick Asian accent that I had already addressed my concern with my service advisor and she ignored my comments and proceeded to her canned checklist of questions. I have marked YES on would I recommend this dealership only because it is the closest to my home. More

Also, they let you know if the car needs anything, but are never pushy about getting it done right then. Dave been with Lou Sobh for multiple years. Great service Schedule an oil Change online. Dropped off the car to tell me there was a 3 hour wait. Had the courtesy shuttle drop me off to do some shopping and f Schedule an oil Change online. They ended up finishing the oil change in 2 hours and the shuttle picking me up. So overall I was satisfied with everyone there. They were very upfront and personable. More
