Fantastic service! Michael took great care of me and the entire process felt very transparent. I felt the items recommended were needed and I never felt as if I was being upsold. I went in skeptical as usual when purchasing a new car, shields up and expecting to haggle, hassle and cajole. Was looking to replace my daughter's Toyota RAV4. My daughter test drove and had wanted the Jaguar E-Pace. However, after 3 weeks of back and forth with Jaguar Sales, my daughter had such a detrimental daughter test drove and had wanted the Jaguar E-Pace. However, after 3 weeks of back and forth with Jaguar Sales, my daughter had such a detrimental experience, she completely turned off from the entire line of vehicles. She commented how amazing and simple my Volvo 2019 purchase was and she had expected the same professionalism when dealing with Jaguar. Previously, I purchased a 2019 XC40 and love the dealership, their service and, of course, the car, so I called David in Sales. Just over a few phone calls and emails, David was able to find the perfect car, and within a few hours, Ken in Finance was able to put a deal together Honestly, she noticed that Volvo Cars, Mall of GA treated her with more respect than the other place. They respected her/my time and understood what she needed in the car. We now have two Volvo XC-40s and are very happy with our choice. More
