Knowledgeable assistance with no pressure! I began my car search with several potential cars in mind. I began and ultimately ended with Volvo. David Windholz helped me confidently make an informed and smart decision. Initially, he spent hours with me and my husband showing us the XC 60. We felt like he was showing us the car - and showing it off - with out ‘selling’ the car. He asked us which other cars we intended to see and pointed out some of the differences among them. We went to other dealerships feeling informed about features and options. Ultimately, none of the other cars impressed us as much as the XC60. We went back to Volvo several times and David continued to answer our questions, show us features, and walk us around to see colors, trim, etc. When I Narrowed my selection to a few options, David did an extensive search and reviewed with me the differences in each vehicle - identifying which cars had which features I had asked for. When I realized I just wasn’t going to find the exact car I wanted, he helped me ‘build’ my perfect car. Over the next several weeks, we spoke occasionally, and he let me know the status of the vehicle as well as steps I could take to trade in my old vehicle. He even helped me with some information and dimensions so I could begin ordering some accessories as well as handle some administrative issues (insurance / gate access. When we picked up the car, David spent hours reviewing the features and explaining how to operate each of them. He also told me I could come back another day (I was out of time) and he would continue to walk me through other issues and questions that arose. I will feel comfortable contacting him at any time about the car. This car was purchased for me - my husband drives ‘his’ car. David spoke with me during every visit and call. He was polite and courteous to my husband, but always treated me like the buyer/ customer. Oddly enough, most places didn’t do that! I dread car shopping, but this was easy and exciting - truly a pleasure! More

David greeted us quickly and took us on a great test drive. None of the staff was pushy and we didn’t feel as if we were being rushed into a deal. They worked with us on the price to get us to where we needed to be. We were impressed by their bottom line amount. There wasn’t a lot of unnecessary fees added to the price which we found very refreshing, especially after visiting a different dealership and they ended up adding an additional $2500. Our only complaint would be was that we had to wait for finance for quite a while. Since we were paying cash the entire transaction took very little time. I would recommend anyone looking for a Volvo or any car they offer to go see them. More
