David explained and demonstrated every standard feature and upgrade available on the vehicle I was most interested in, the XC60 2019. He and his sales manager put together a very competitive offer on this SUV and I'm confident I purchased an exceptionally safe luxury SUV at a great price. Before I drove my XC60 home David spent additional time with me in the car demonstrating the navigation system, stereo and the features of 'Volvo On Call.' Justin never rushed me but answered every question with patience and tremendous thoroughness. The credit and approval process was quick and painless and the final selling price was fair and consistent with what the market bears. Justin took all the time in the world to explain every feature of the car after the purchase in tremendous detail and made me feel like he truly cares. This was hands down the Best car purchase experience we have ever had. In fact, my sales person, Dave Windholz, was a big part of the reason I chose to buy my car ther I had a very positive experience at Volvo Mall of GA. In fact, my sales person, Dave Windholz, was a big part of the reason I chose to buy my car there instead of somewhere else. Dave was prompt and attentive without being pushy; no cheesy pressure tactics. I was really torn between two cars at two different dealerships and Dave made a big difference. I bought a non-Volvo brand from their pre-owned selection. I really liked the fact that the same sales team sells both preowned and new cars. Dave and the finance manager, Ken, both made me feel just as valued a customer as if I were buying a Volvo. Can't ask for much more in a car-buying experience! More

My request to test drive was handled quickly and without issue. The dealership is exceptionally well maintained and I was greeted by all employees and Alex if there was anything I needed. The salesman who helped me, David Windholz, was knowledgeable on my vehicle and able to answer all questions workout any issue. We conversed back and forth several times over email, and he was very responsive and helpful in his responses. Even when we discussed sale price he was polite, understanding, and willing to hear anything out. He knew where I needed to be and he helped in whatever way he could. Overall, this is a very professional operation, and speaks well to the brand of Volvo itself: clean, simple, no BS. If and/or when I buy another Volvo, I'll be reaching out to these folks first.
