My overall experiences was good. David was very attentive and pleasant to talk to about our vehicle needs and desires. David did a great job at finding us a vehicle that met everything we were looking for in the style and color we wanted. There was a hiccup with our pre-approval financing for reasons that apparently were out of the dealerships hands. Volvo financing also did not honor the APR they had listed on their website for the vehicle we selected. There was no other explanation given other than that is what Volvo financing offered. We waited over 35 days for this vehicle which we understand that is due to global shortage, but if it wasn't for the wait, we would've hold off until we would have secured our financing elsewhere. If I were in the market for another Volvo, I would definitely work with David, that being said, if I found the car I was looking for at different dealership, I would consider going elsewhere based on this experience. More
