David Winfield - Excellent Service Manager I had a misunderstanding about my service coverage, and Service Manager David Winfield couldn't have been more helpful. He worked to solve my issue I had a misunderstanding about my service coverage, and Service Manager David Winfield couldn't have been more helpful. He worked to solve my issue quickly and pleasantly (even though he was just back from lunch, and had a pile of work waiting for him). Our family is extremely happy with the Prius we purchased from Lakeside Toyota, and with reps like David (and the rest of the team as well) our service experience has been exemplary. Thanks David, and thanks Lakeside Toyota. When it's time for our next car. We know just where to go. More

Great service... no pressure Leased 3 cars from here since 2006 and always a pleasant experience. I have been using Lakeside for approximately 10 years to service my Toyotas. They always give me a quote before any work is done and tell you if the work needs to be done today or can wait till the next vi service my Toyotas.
