Not a fan of the sales manager. Seems like a nice enough guy but didn't really negotiate the deal the way I anticipated. He used typical sales tactics to dismiss points I made. We came to Annapolis Subaru after servicing our Forester (purchased at a different dealership prior to moving to the area) there for sometime. We had an excellent experience with David in sales and Tom in u (purchased at a different dealership prior to moving to the area) there for sometime. We had an excellent experience with David in sales and Tom in used car sales, as well as Tom in finance and Paul in the service department. We picked out a car online before coming in, and were just coming in to sign the paperwork and pay. Everyone was mindful of our time, and the experience was very pleasant. While the paperwork portion is usually the worst part of buying a car, David and the team were personable and friendly, making the experience smooth and, dare I say, fun! Two days after buying the car, a random issue popped up with the engine despite them giving the car a thorough check and cleaning prior to us taking it home. They paid to have it towed to the dealership that day (Friday), and by Monday it was back in our driveway and running smoothly. An overall excellent experience. Thank you, David and everyone! More
