"Easy from beginning to end"
I returned to Annapolis Subaru to purchase a new 2019 Subaru Forester Sport because they don't play games. Pick a car, test drive, negotiate a price and trade in, done. Additionally, there was no high pressure to add the maintenance/extended warranty, etc. It was offered, but not pushed. I feel like I was respected as a 56 year old woman that knows what she wants.

The best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I inquired online about an Outback and Marissa Leach responded quickly with a quote. However I had a better quote from another dealer so she came back with a second quote which beat the other, including the sale price and what they would give me for my trade in. I made arrangements to go in a few days later and was expecting something to change, either the price of the car or what they were giving me for my trade in. But no, it was what they said. The best things was my sales guy Mike McNeely. He was wonderful. Polite, not pushy at all and such a pleasure to buy a car from. He sets the bar for how salesmen should be I can’t say enough good things about him. So, if you’re looking for a Subaru, go see Mike McNeely
"Easiest Car Deal I've Ever Made"
I found the car I wanted online and was contacted by Marissa, who assigned me to Sonja. Sonja was quick in responding to my emails and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We made an appointment for the next morning. I went into the dealership and Sonja had all the paperwork ready to review and sign. She has a lovely personality and is easy to talk to. She truly cares about the customer's needs and wants and is not just trying to make another sale. After going over the paperwork and meeting with Joe Tyler, who was also very helpful and knowledgeable, Sonja walked me out to the car and went over everything inside and outside before I drove off. Everyone at the dealership has been very kind and helpful. I look forward to working with everyone in the future as well as coming back to purchase another vehicle.

We spent all day Saturday test driving vehicles, and ultimately purchasing a new car. This is our first time buying a brand new vehicle from a "traditional" dealership. My last couple cars were from CarMax. I will never go back to CarMax after Saturday! it was such a pleasant experience.
