Buying my car there last year was a good experience, however, when they did an oil change in my car, I accidentally left my purse inside. Once I went to pick it up, they had used my card at a gas statio however, when they did an oil change in my car, I accidentally left my purse inside. Once I went to pick it up, they had used my card at a gas station around the corner. They took no responsibility. Luckily, my bank took care of it, but I still feel uncomfortable taking my car there. The main reason I decided to leave a review is because, yesterday I called to schedule an alternator fix. They said that it couldn’t be the issue (without even seeing the car) because they’ve never had a problem with alternators in Malibu’s and said it must be the battery when my mechanic and Oreilly’s said it’s the alternator. Seemed like they had no interest in helping me. More
