When we wanted to speak to the General Manager, Davit, he would not come out of his office and told his second, Charlie, that he did not want to talk to us. I am absolutely shocked at the lack of communication and professionalism.

We have reached out so many times with no resolution. Once again, we were told to expect a call by yesterday, but there was no phone call. No update, no information. If the service department is struggling to fix the car, someone should call us and let us know. It's been since December 2025. Does it take a public outing to get a response? Who do you want us to call? Who do we reach out to? We have talked to everyone there except for the GM, who wouldn't come out of his office to address our concerns.

In B spoke with someone and made sure that this was taken to the GM. Service department has a responsibility to ensure cars are leaving the service department in a manner safe to drive. This was not the case for me and if my wife who owns the car would have been driving who knows how this story could have ended. So disappointed with the tech letting this car leave like that. And the person who drove it out since the tire pressure was showing on the dash and the service department because I told them it was way over inflated and he said just drive it it will adjust it always does that. So so not happy and such a horrible experience as a service department. Nope not satisfied in any way
