Called in to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in & spoke to Davit, one of the managers. He was nice until I asked how much back they would go on the markup and his attitude changed. We went to Envision to have a mirror replaced on my truck after a friend cracked it while borrowing it. We had this same mirror replaced a few years back and thought we knew what to expect. Not only was the exact same part $100 more expensive but it did not come paint matched. They also didn’t tell us that till after it had been installed and we were called to come get the vehicle. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable to me. We are now stuck with a $1300 mirror that doesn’t match the vehicle, annd we’re told that we would have to take it to a body shop to get it painted, all because they wouldn’t communicate. I would avoid this dealership. More
