The communication was incredibly poor - over a years span of time l, we received no communication unless it was self-prompted which made the wait incredibly questionable. As well as the buying process, we we of time l, we received no communication unless it was self-prompted which made the wait incredibly questionable. As well as the buying process, we weren't instructed how to prepare and had to assume - which left us having to make an extra trip out after our original planned day of pickup. Overall, understood the reasons for the waiting period - but the communication and the customer experience was extremely poor. More
