Susan has been in and out of the hospital in the last year. Seems like everytime we scheduled an appointment she would end up in the hospital. So a few weeks ago we finally had a chance to call and make year. Seems like everytime we scheduled an appointment she would end up in the hospital. So a few weeks ago we finally had a chance to call and make an appointment, while I was on the phone the worker said let me check and make sure all the parts are here.She came back a few minutes later and said yep good to go,parts are all here.Day of the appointment comes we show up and they begin work,some time later they come to us with,I'm sorry we dont have all the parts we'd like to take you home and the rest of the parts will be here later this after noon.we will come pick you up tomorrow. When I dropped the car off I had explained that there was a message that the fob batteries were low could you fix that.yep we'll take car of that. Wasn't done.Oil was changed but no sticker on the windshield to let us know when the next service was due.front left plug fell out and when it did we ran over it and and it broke some of the plastic on the underside of the car.they were supposed to fix that, nope didn't get done.We originally took the car in for a rattle on the front left side,they said struts.changed them rattle is still there.I called a couple of days after the appointment to ask how come all the work wasn't completed and her reply was they must have forgotten the batteries and she didn't know about the pieces underneath but she would check the prior work orders and get back to us.from what I understand the original warranty runs out around the 17th of May.So my question is, is anything going to be done about these problems? We never received a reply from Davis,what kind of service is that? More

The employees at this dealership are very kind. That’s not what my problem with this dealership is and it may be all dealerships to be honest, But that’s neither here nor there. I came in for a four-wheel-drive issue on my jeep and instead of getting to the bottom of the problem they came back and told me that the whole system needed to be replaced and quoted me $4500. I took the car to my mechanic out and said that is complete nonsense. They were just trying to pull one over on you by replacing the entire system. They don’t know what they’re talking about. The dealership is fine if you’re under warranty or if you’re getting diagnostics done, but if it’s not one of those two things, for the love of God, find a good mechanic elsewhere. More

I called ahead appx 1055am and asked if there was an opening for oil change service and if so, could they guarantee that I'd be out no later than noon. She said yes, as long as I was there by appx 1115. opening for oil change service and if so, could they guarantee that I'd be out no later than noon. She said yes, as long as I was there by appx 1115. I arrived at 1118, she checked me in and later the car pulled up done at 1158/59. She finished the bill & payment with me by 1202 so considered that to be near perfect and as promised. Thanks! More
