I came in for a four-wheel-drive issue on my jeep and instead of getting to the bottom of the problem they came back and told me that the whole system needed to be replaced and quoted me $4500. I took the car to my mechanic out and said that is complete nonsense. They were just trying to pull one over on you by replacing the entire system. They don’t know what they’re talking about. The dealership is fine if you’re under warranty or if you’re getting diagnostics done, but if it’s not one of those two things, for the love of God, find a good mechanic elsewhere. More

I called ahead appx 1055am and asked if there was an opening for oil change service and if so, could they guarantee that I'd be out no later than noon.
