I did a lot of research and knew the car I wanted down to the color. I was warmly greeted on walking in and made very comfortable. I liked the dealership. It wasn't ostentatious but clean and well lit with nice touches like the mural of all the Toyotas. My sales person was Hamlet Perez, who was very nice, and very, very knowledgeable. I found Hamlet's sales effort to be the best of those I had encountered in this round of shopping. Not only was he accommodating, but his experience in souping up cars really helped to solidify my interest in the car. I felt that his opinions were valuable down to which bumper guard to get. I had spoken to John on the phone, and even though I was assigned to a sales person, John greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. I found John to be very open and up-front about pricing. I was price sensitive, so John's interaction was very important. Car pricing is complicated on the best of days, but John had a lot of patience walking me through the numbers and coming to a final deal. I appreciated that very much. So thanks for a great experience! More

I asked for quotes from them, and their general sales 11/21/2018: Terrible experience at this place. I was in the market for a Toyota Camry 2016 XSE. I asked for quotes from them, and their general sales manager emailed me with a quote for a Camry 2016 XSE for 17000 USD. I called them up and confirmed with them that the car in question is indeed an XSE, as I need to be sure before I make the 8 hour long trip to their dealership from my home. They replied in the affirmative and we set up a time for a test drive. When I reached the place however, they show me a Toyota Camry 2016 SE. So they did not even have the car that I wanted (which they said they had), moreover they are selling that Camry 2016 SE almost 1800 USD above the Kelley Blue Book fair price. They really need to get their house in order before they start selling cars. More
