Met with Stefano Rinaldi, salesman 2 days ago with intent to purchase RDX. I had done research on car, but he was very complete in describing new and favorable attributes. Pleasing personality, and most kn to purchase RDX. I had done research on car, but he was very complete in describing new and favorable attributes. Pleasing personality, and most knowlegeable. Had to wait till today for color and type of car to arrive new at dealer. Stefano set up closing process with Dawn Harper which went very quickly without a hitch. I traded in my 2002 Acura MDX with 199,000 miles on it. The vehicle was still in great shape but it was time for an upgrade. This was my Third MDX Purchase in 5 years. Michael & Lamont along with the help of Mark Scherger convinced me it was time to move up to the MDX Advanced Package. There is no other dealership, in my expansive history of car buying, that makes the decision so easy. I found Stefano to the point, knowledgeable, and simply friendly. He answered all my questions satisfactorily and he made the whole process excellent. We worked with Stepheno, Lamont, Dawn and Mark in Service. All are very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Stepheno even came to the house to help us with the garage opener, we are having trouble with Service. All are very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Mike Mohr and Dawn are outstanding employees. Frankly, I thought that Lamont tried to overquote on the price. Thankfully for me, I had checked a blind offer from him via Carwoo that was considerably lower. thought that Lamont tried to overquote on the price. Buying your first new car can be daunting, but I had a great experience at Criswell Acura. I had been shopping for cars for over a year and never felt comfortable with any of the salespeople I talked to o great experience at Criswell Acura. I had been shopping for cars for over a year and never felt comfortable with any of the salespeople I talked to or prices offered at other dealerships. Although I thought an Acura was out of my price range, Mike worked with me and we agreed on a deal that I felt comfortable with. I bought an Acura because of its reliability, so I know I got a good car. However, feeling like I got a good deal and working with friendly salespeople solidified my purchase and made it that much more special. More
